Pre-Production
Our designers use a software called Slabsmith™ to show you what your staircase will look like. They do this by using an overlay of the actual slabs they will be cutting so you will know what to expect. You will choose any kind of fancy cuts and get to “try before you buy”. We utilize this process to minimize the number of and sight of seams in your project as well. This is the best time to raise concerns.
Production
Our goal is to make this as quick and painless as possible for our customers. Cooperation on everyone’s part is key. The more prepared we are, the easier it will go. The more questions you ask before things get started, the better. You can expect things to take fifteen business days to complete. The best way to avoid delays is to be decisive up front. If everything is pulled and cut, we are good to go.
Post-Production
Our countertops will be sealed before we leave, but we do recommend that you give them a good cleaning and reseal them. To clean them, you just use soap and water and we will tell you what type of sealer is best for your stone. It is an inexpensive and simple process.
